RIDER & COMPANION PACKAGE POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for the Italian Rush 2027 Rider Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed on this page. Participation in this trip constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Italian Rush Racing LLC reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time, with notice provided to registered participants.
2. AGENCY STATUS & THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS
Italian Rush Racing LLC acts solely as an organizing agency and intermediary. We do not own, operate, or control any of the third-party service providers involved in this trip, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, restaurants, track day organizers, circuit operators, museums, ground transportation providers, coaches, or any other vendor or partner.
All third-party partners operate independently under their own terms, conditions, rules, and applicable laws of their country and jurisdiction. By registering for this trip, participants agree to fully comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and requirements of each partner at all times.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, or policies of any third-party partner. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from services provided by a third party must be directed to that provider directly. Italian Rush Racing LLC’s role is limited to organizing and coordinating the overall trip experience on behalf of the group.
3. NO REFUNDS — NO CANCELLATIONS
All bookings — including but not limited to flights, hotel accommodations, track day registrations, event tickets, museum admissions, transportation, and meals — are purchased in full by Italian Rush Racing LLC on behalf of all registered participants well in advance of the departure date. For this reason, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including personal emergencies, illness, work conflicts, family situations, or any other reason.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a participant’s inability to attend the trip for any reason.
4. SPOT TRANSFER POLICY
If you are unable to attend, you may find a replacement participant to take your spot at your own discretion. The following conditions apply:
If the airline permits a name change on the ticket, the full Rider Package ($7,000) may be transferred to the replacement participant.
If the airline does not permit a name change, $6,000 may be transferred to the replacement, who will be responsible for purchasing their own flight independently.
It is the original participant’s sole responsibility to find a qualified replacement rider. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not obligated to assist in finding a replacement and is not responsible for any financial arrangements made between the original and replacement participant.
The replacement rider must meet all track day requirements and provide all necessary documentation prior to participation.
All transfers must be communicated to Italian Rush Racing LLC in writing prior to departure.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
International travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. At minimum, your policy should cover:
Trip cancellation and interruption
Emergency medical expenses abroad
Medical evacuation and repatriation
Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
Flight delays and missed connections
Motorsport and track day activity coverage — note that many standard travel insurance policies exclude motorsport activities. It is your responsibility to verify that your policy explicitly covers track day participation.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages arising from the absence of adequate travel insurance. Italian Rush Racing LLC makes no representations regarding any specific insurance provider or policy.
6. PASSPORT, VISA & TRAVEL ELIGIBILITY
It is the sole responsibility of each participant to verify that they are fully eligible to travel internationally and enter Italy and the European Union. This includes but is not limited to:
Holding a valid U.S. passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond June 2, 2027
Obtaining any required visa or travel authorization, including ETIAS authorization for U.S. citizens traveling to the EU, if applicable at the time of travel
Holding a valid motorcycle license at the time of the event
Having no active travel bans, entry restrictions, or immigration holds that would prevent international travel or entry into Italy or any country of transit
Complying with all U.S. Department of State travel requirements for international departures
Ensuring no outstanding legal matters, court orders, or conditions of probation or parole restrict international travel
Italian Rush Racing LLC does not verify, investigate, or confirm any participant’s legal eligibility to travel internationally. It is entirely the participant’s responsibility to determine their own eligibility before registering. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any participant who is denied boarding, detained, deported, or otherwise prevented from traveling or entering any country for any reason, including immigration status, criminal history, travel bans, or any other legal matter. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. FLIGHTS & AIR TRAVEL
Seat assignments, upgrades, and special requests are subject to airline availability and are not guaranteed.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, rerouting, or missed connections caused by the airline.
Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage is solely the responsibility of the airline. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any baggage-related losses, including riding gear.
Participants are responsible for arriving at the departure gate on time. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any participant who misses their flight for any reason.
8. GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Departure times are fixed and will not be delayed for late participants. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any participant who misses a scheduled transfer.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during ground transportation provided by third-party operators.
Personal belongings left on the coach are the sole responsibility of the participant.
9. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Room assignments are determined by Italian Rush Racing LLC and are subject to availability.
Any damage caused to hotel property by a participant is the sole financial responsibility of that participant.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for the quality, condition, or amenities of any accommodation beyond what was represented at the time of booking.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property at any accommodation.
10. TRACK DAY PARTICIPATION & SAFETY
Track days at Cremona Circuit and Misano World Circuit are included in the Rider Package. The following conditions apply:
All riders must hold a valid motorcycle license at the time of the event.
All riders must wear appropriate protective gear at all times on track, including helmet, jacket, gloves, boots, and riding pants. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any injury resulting from inadequate protective equipment.
Riders participate in all track day activities entirely at their own risk. Track riding is an inherently dangerous activity. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any accident, injury, death, or property damage occurring on or near the track, regardless of cause.
All riders must comply with the rules and regulations of each circuit and the instructions of track officials and coaches at all times. These rules are set by the circuit operators and are beyond the control of Italian Rush Racing LLC.
Italian Rush Racing LLC reserves the right to remove any rider from track activities at any time for unsafe behavior, without refund.
Track day schedules, sessions, and group assignments are subject to change at the discretion of the circuit operator.
11. BIKE RENTAL
Riders must operate rental bikes responsibly and in accordance with track rules at all times.
Any damage to the rental bike caused by the rider — including crashes, mechanical damage from improper use, or any other incident — is the sole financial responsibility of the rider. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for covering repair or replacement costs.
Riders may be required to provide a credit card or security deposit directly to the rental provider at the time of use.
Italian Rush Racing LLC makes no warranties regarding the condition or performance of rental equipment. It is the rider’s responsibility to inspect the bike before use and report any issues to the provider immediately.
12. COACHING
Coaching is provided by third-party instructors operating independently. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for the content, quality, or outcome of any coaching session.
Following a coach’s instruction does not guarantee safety. Riders remain solely responsible for their own actions on track at all times.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any incident occurring as a result of following or disregarding coaching advice.
13. EVENTS, ACTIVITIES & EXCURSIONS
All events and activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, and the rules of each venue.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party organizers or circumstances beyond our control.
Participants attend all events and activities at their own risk. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss occurring at any event, venue, museum, restaurant, or any other location during the trip.
14. HEALTH & MEDICAL
Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and health prior to and during the trip. Motorcycle track riding requires physical and mental fitness. It is the rider’s responsibility to assess their own fitness before participating.
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any medical emergency, illness, injury, or health-related event occurring before, during, or after the trip, whether on or off track.
All medical costs incurred during the trip are the sole responsibility of the participant.
It is each participant’s responsibility to carry necessary prescription medication and ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations.
15. PERSONAL BELONGINGS, GEAR & VALUABLES
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, riding gear, valuables, electronics, documents, or luggage at any point during the trip, including at hotels, on transportation, at the track, at events, or during free time.
16. ITINERARY CHANGES
The published itinerary is subject to change. Italian Rush Racing LLC reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any element of the itinerary at any time due to weather, safety concerns, logistical issues, or any other circumstance. Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any inconvenience, cost, or loss resulting from itinerary changes.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, airline insolvency, circuit closures, or any other event outside Italian Rush Racing LLC’s control. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
18. CRIMINAL CONDUCT & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
All participants are expected to comply with the laws of the United States, Italy, the European Union, and any other jurisdiction entered during the course of this trip. Italian Rush Racing LLC bears absolutely no responsibility for any illegal act, criminal conduct, or violation of local law committed by any participant at any time before, during, or after the trip.
Any participant who engages in illegal activity — including but not limited to drug possession or trafficking, theft, assault, disorderly conduct, vandalism, fraud, or any other criminal offense — is solely and entirely responsible for all legal, financial, and personal consequences of their actions. Italian Rush Racing LLC will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities as required by law.
Participants who are detained, arrested, fined, or otherwise subject to legal action as a result of their own conduct will receive no assistance, representation, or financial support from Italian Rush Racing LLC. Any costs associated with legal defense, fines, bail, repatriation, or any other consequence of criminal conduct are the sole responsibility of the individual involved.
Italian Rush Racing LLC reserves the right to immediately remove any participant from the trip upon becoming aware of any illegal conduct, without refund and without further obligation.
19. CONDUCT & REMOVAL
All participants must conduct themselves respectfully at all times — on track, on the coach, at hotels, at events, and in public. Italian Rush Racing LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from track activities or the trip entirely for dangerous, disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behavior. Removal is without refund, and Italian Rush Racing LLC is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result, including return travel arrangements.
20. WAIVER & SIGNATURE
A separate liability waiver document will be sent to all registered participants prior to departure. Participants are required to sign and return this document before joining the trip. Failure to return a signed waiver may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Italian Rush Racing LLC, its organizers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this trip, including personal injury, death, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm. Motorcycle track riding is an inherently dangerous activity. Participation in Italian Rush 2027 is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from participation in Italian Rush 2027 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.
